So In one far away place in the first lines, I have columns of data, of the name of the ingredients and their nutritional value (kcla, fats, carbs, etc.)
Now, on the frst columns I have some empty table, under it, a space for typing the ingredient ammount, and under it I want to type the name of the Ingredient and place all the values asigned to it in these new empty cells at the beginning of the file
How the hell do I do that?
