It's filled with lolrandom things such as: the protagonist becoming a vampire, who eventually forces himself on one of the female leads; an off-brand Lelouch that always seems to have a plan, even if it defies logic; a school that declares independence and treats the whole thing as some kind of good thing until they get invaded by trained, armed soldiers that methodically kill them; plot development that literally only happen because the protag decides to not give extremely critical information, for no reason whatsoever; etc.
