VPN/Proxy Ban

I keep getting banned under Global Rule 14 for the use of VPN or proxy. I haven't actually been using a VPN or proxy, but every time I browse 4chan on my phone, I get flagged for the ban. I found out that phones use dynamic IPs which is something that may be leading to my bans.

Does anyone know a way to resolve this issue so that I can browse 4chan on my phone without getting banned every time?

When you find yourself banned on mobile, hit the airplane mode button, wait a few seconds, then hit it again and try once more.

This also gets me banned on my desktop though. I also don't realize that I'm banned until a few days later sometimes since I don't post often.

are you sure your phone doesn't automatically use a vpn/proxy? have you tried using the appeal form on the ban page and explaining that you're not using a vpn/proxy but your phone?

Happened to me once, just appeal saying you're using your phone. Do you change between Wi-Fi and mobile data? Because that changes your IP, as well as turning airplane mode on.

I get unbanned every time that I appeal, but It's annoying that I have to appeal every week just to post. I've never put a VPN on my phone before so I wouldn't know how to check if that's the case.

For more info, I'm using a Pixel phone, Android OS.

I do Switch between Wi-fi and mobile data. That would cause it to flag me for using proxy/VPN? That's a bit obnoxious if that's the case.
