Why not download the bluray version of the episode and find out yourself? Either way, that webm is definitely different from what aired, at least in making the bikini tighter on the butt/vagina and smaller around the breasts, but it might just be an edit.

If a BD version for a show is available, download it.

Just be careful of BD releases of shows made between 2002-2006 because of the scaling in many of them are dogshit
