Theres an image I'm looking for. Drawn in a Manga/Doujin style.

Its of this monster like thing as it encounters a young girl, a few images follow of the monster hanging out with the girl as she ages, eventually grows old and dies and the final panel is the monster crying at her grave.

I can't for the life of me find anything on it, I would appreciate any info on what it is, where I can find it or the artist.
