Having a couple issues on a recently formatted SSD.
First, if I set up 2 monitors, the settings of orientation on the monitors won't stay in place. It defaults to 2 being on the left, and 1 being on the right. I used to be able to move 2 to the right and it was fine. But now, every time I close the settings or resort back to "Show only on 2" it will reset to begin 2 on the left and 1 on the right.
I've actually reformatted 2 other times since it was a fresh install and I wasn't going to lose anything after I couldn't figure it out.
2nd problem is that accessing files, opening new windows in file explorer, accessing device manager, can take a pretty long time, if it opens at all. The first issue is just annoying as I'd need to change it only when I access my 2nd monitor. However, this one is causing major issues. Just accessing a zip file took nearly 12 seconds to open, where as before the format it opened right away. Getting into device manager took nearly 30 seconds. And if I click on driver settings for my graphics card, I don't get anything. Nothing opens.
Windows 10 64.
Nvidia RTX 2060 drivers up to date.
All Windows updates are installed.
Let me know if you need more info. Third format and tons of web searching isn't fixing the problem. I'm at a loss.
