So I want to move to windows 10
I been reading some guides and recomendations and the like.
On the InstallGentoo wiki they recomendate to install W10 on a new hard drive but I don't have the logistics to back up my data.
So if I update from W7 to W10 what Issues can come up and can I still run the tools to eleminiate the telemetry apps?

Once you've finished with Microsoft's, you'd better delete Steam, and throw out your cellphone.

Telemetry is nothing out of the ordinary: Steam, Android and iOS have been doing it for years, yet no-one cares because they're not Microsoft and therefore not automatically evil.

Further, you're literally prompted during installation whether you want it on or off.

I know you can turn off the telemetry but it turns on when you are not looking, I want to sterilize windows.

Have you been to /g/ lately? The board has become the bastard child of /b/, /s4s/ and /v/ It's nearly useless without an unhealthy dose of custom css filtering.
