alright, reddit cucks didn't help me at all and i'm out of ideas, please help me figure out what's wrong with my build.

I get stutters that freeze my screen for a fraction of a second very regularly while gaming and more rarely while i'm not doing anything much like using chrome or just listening to music, audio stutters too but these are also rare.

these are my parts:

GPU: RX580

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600

Mother board: B450M DS3H

Ram: 2x4gb DDR4 HyperX FURY HX426C15FBK2

i tried replacing my MOBO with a new one of the same model. I tried reinstalling the CPU. I tried reinstalling the GPU. Drivers are updated. Parts are not overheating. I reinstalled windows.

i'm just trying to have a good time and play videogames, help me out guys
