I'm back.

All that I remembered is that she had a condescending attitude.
I also see stockings and a cup of tea. It was a legit anime, not some hentai or doujinshi. I'm certain. Also judging by the art style it's most likely from 2000s.

To make it clear - her face is identical to what OP drew.

Anyways, I'll start going through my watchlist one by one and keep you posted. Wish me luck
