Probably not, because chances are you're trying to troll a friend and get his IP b&. Besides, in the age of phone-posting no ban is ever truly permanent anyway.
There's also the issue that for probably a decade bans haven't kept you from lurking anymore. So while you couldn't post, you'd probably still browse 4chan for hours. It's easier and more effective to edit your host files or install some kind of parental control software/app that makes it harder for you to even access the site, if you can't just quit on your own.
But the easiest way to get a substantial ban is to shitpost while mentioning you're under 18 or evading a ban. Underage user and ban evasion will pretty reliably get you a 30d ban*, which should be enough to lose interest. Once it's not part of your daily habits anymore, you won't have the urge to come back.
