Amazon seems to be stealing my money and I can't find an option to stop it.
Some months ago, I signed up for Amazon prime/video free trial.
The day after, I tried to cancel it, but on my account it already said it wasn't active.
It also says no active subscriptions, etc.
However, first I noticed that I always have slightly less on my bank account than I thought.
Then, when I saw my transaction history, I realised I have been paying monthly for Amazon Video, or some shit.
When I go to my account, it literally says I'm not subscribed to it.
What in the actual fuck is going on here?
How do I solve this?
Can I at least call my bank and tell them to block all Amazon transactions for me?
Can they do that?
