Well there are some cons like mostly people dislike the 4koma format, but the mangaka really nails the style down imo. Another con is the mangaka started the manga a long time ago so in the earlier volumes you can see some odd features (hands) then again you will see his art gets more refined with each one. It's a once in a lifetime story where you can see kuro, sen and the little rascals travel around place to place. One anon said that he got some kino no tabi vibes from it and I would have to agree.
I could go on and on but I would like you go into it without high expectations and see where the path takes you.
