Need something like pic related in the sense that it helped me out of a slump I was in and helped me realize some things about myself. Been feeling depressed lately and need some form of art to snap me out of it and make me realize how good I have it. I dont care what format, movie, tv show, manga, anything as long as it relates in some way to self improvement and overcoming depression.
