There was one manga I read back in like 2014 or so because I saw a two page spread posted in the monster girl threads on /a/.

It got axed on like chapter 4 and was about a dude teaming up with a vampire girl to deal with demihuman criminal issues.
In one chapter they deal with an arachne and the MC tries to solve the situation by hitting on her (this was the two page spread), and in another a human demihuman trafficker grows a heart while trafficking an angel loli and dies trying to save her from the powerful demihuman he was trafficking her to.

Other things I remember was there was a girl named Meme and there as a TL saying, "Meme is pronounced May-May", and it started off looking like it would be a tournament arc but the vampire girl bit the MC's sister or childhood friend or something so he had to work with her to get a cure or some shit.
