when I drag and drop videos into ffmpeg it says

test.mp4' already exists. Overwrite ? [y/N]

how do you fix this?

I'm not familiar with the program, but just enter "y" or "n", or delete/rename test.mp4 in your directory. Alternatively use webm for bakas, it's quite good

y and n both don't work
y makes a new webm with 0 bytes
n does nothing
I renamed it but it still says the same thing
I use webm for bakas but I wanted to try to make this specific webm maker work

You've been dragging on ffmpeg, you have to drag it on webm-maker.bat instead. I got the same error when I tried dragging on ffmpeg.
