I heard there's an another world manga where two people were summoned in the said world but a third one got drawn in there by accident.
This third one is taken in by some crazy woman and put through a crazy training to serve in some sort of hard hitting medevac team where the other members are some kind of orcs or something.
This should be a relatively recent manga.
