Not sure what you mean but sharedb is just a record of everything uploaded to share (p2p). Doujinshi.org is an attempted lexicon of doujinshi, neither of them offer any downloads. There's plenty of tutorials for people looking to get into jap p2p, they're pretty much the same as emule if you're familiar with that.
