How the flying fuck do I set the gain for an audio track in premier higher then +6db? I can't find it anywhere. It just arbitrarily stops me at +6. I have really quite audio and I can't make it loud enough to hear anything. Everything on google is from like 7-8 years ago and doesn't apply to 2019 premiere.

It's driving me insane because either it's very obvious how to change it and I'm just dumb or this very basic necessity is buried in menus somewhere. I'm used to Vegas and you can just crank that shit up to at least +12 in a various obvious way. Please help.
