Hey guys, I'm building a PC for the first time pretty soon and I am short on money(PC is already 700). How do I get windows without paying for it?

Yes; include a operating system in your build budget if you can't in2 linux or pirating

Up to you. USB is easier if you have one.
Use the Windows USB/DVD Download tool or rufus to make the .iso mountable.

Do you need windows?
If so, pirate an ISO although I'm not sure how safe they are. The most I trust them is for malware testing vms
If not, get linux

You'd need to make the USB bootable. Something I doubt OP has knowledge of doing.

No you don't, the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool does that for you.

You literally just keep pressing "Next".

I've done this with a bunch of Win10 pc's lately:
Download Windows 7 from kickass or wherever
Download Win 7 loader by daz as well
Use a iso to usb converter to get the iso on the usb stick.
Smash the F2/F8/F12 whatever key during boot and in the boot menu set it to boot on from the usb stick.
Install Win7, skip registration.
Install the loader.
