need assistance getting past the HDD1/SSD1 password wall.Tried finding backdoor passwords, but none work. Am helping friend and he doesn't know wtf is wrong. Tried google, but too many clickbait. Tried finding the JCMOS cannot access motherboard due to stripped screw and not wanting to break laptop.
