Does anyone know where I can hire a band/studio/artist/whatever to make the kind of music you might find in an anime opening/ending? Google doesn't show me anything useful, or at least I have no idea how to form my question such that Google will give me favorable results.

I need someone who can write, compose, and record tracks--basically do everything. Does such a service even exist, or am I just dreaming?
