it takes some work, but yes:

1. Open Blog
2. Ctrl+Shift+C (open inspector)
3. PLAY the video
4. WHILE video is PLAYING, search <video> tag, inside there is "data-src" attribute, copy url from "data-src"
5. Paste url in a new tab
6. Ctrl + S to save video

go there in Firefox--hit Tools--Page Info--Media--find video link then hit Save As. Look for Video under Type there, or just look for the mp4 link.
