What do i need to buy to get started with painting? I watch a lot of Bob Ross and i want start of just painting landscapes.

Should i buy one of those bob ross™ painting sets or can i get all the necessities much cheaper? Is an easel worth getting? Cheap ones go for just 40 bucks. What brushes should i get and which pallet knifes?
Im pretty noob at this so any help is appreciated, i put away about 400€ to get started on painting
