I recently bought a new laptop and it came with pic related, thinking of changing to Window 7. any of you guys know how to change OS? where do i get the window 7 bios?

Get a SB key / CD with Windows 7 on it
restart computer with Key/CD in
mash f9 / f10 /f11/ f12 (depends on computer)
a menu should appear where you can start installing windows

Start the installation and later on, your choice will be :
Part hard drive and keep both ubuntu and windows
Erase all data and install Windows 7 only

I'd suggest you to look tutorials for creating the USB file (you need a special set up, see http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windows7/a/install-windows-7-usb.htm )

once you reach the windows installer (after restarting, usb in, and mashed one of f key, then select install windows from USB/ CD) it's windows so it will be user friendly.
