I just use Avast and never had a problem and yet i'm not sure on what to do...
I just updated windows 10 and now i have this Antimalware Service Executable in the processes...i don't know what to do.

Everything potentially slows your computer or your Internet. With that said, no, you don't need Windows Defender if Avast is already slowing down your computer and Internet.
