hi /wsr/ could you recommend me a good romance anime or manga with a protagonist that is not shy or retarded, or an anime/manga abou someone that is already in a relationship

the closest thing that i have seen to what i want is ore monogatari , and it was good but very slow and the main character needed a lot of help from his friend and it had some whitenight moments that i didn't like

i kinda just want to see a protagonist that acts like a normal human and not some kind of overexaggerated weeb that can't even talk to girls or go outside
