Pretty much what the subject says. I was using Final Draft 11 and finally broke through months long writers block with 10 pages straight in a couple hours. Then it crashed without an error message when I tried to undo a sentence and the auto save didn't actually save either.

Is there any possible way that I could get that file back or am I fucked? I've tried just retyping it all but it doesn't feel right. And I know this is probably a bit out there, but if I can't get the file back is it possible to just see a list of everything I've typed in the past couple days so I can at least find the text and retype it all in the program?
