Look into a program called JDownloader, it's what I've used. Then just feed it a bunch of proxies you find online for free and it'll cycle through them all for you. Just Google "JDownloader Mega downloads tutorial" and you should find an easy step by step guide. It's pretty quick and easy to setup.
