2. cracked games usually trigger a virus scanner, because they detect a "modified program", which can be infected... or just cracked. They usually call it something like "riskware", or "unknown modified" or "generic"
3. virustotal is a meta-scanner; if virustotal gives 12 hits, that means 12 of the antivirus programs find something. In this case: a modified (cracked) program.
But if you don't understand these very basic things, you're better off not downloading games illegally. Buy a Switch instead.
