I feel like I know or have seen this style but I can't link it with anything. The nose is just a line, medium/big eyes and very pronounced lips. It's very similar to Witch Hunter (Cho Jung-man) which is a manhwa, but the other image is korean translated with japanese onomatopoeia intact. So it should be a manga or doujinshi (no idea if this would be better). The nose line reminds me of take (Katanagatari) and Umakoshi Yoshihiko (Saint Seiya Omega, Casshern Sins, Heartcatch Precure) but those are pretty much only anime.
I guess I'll hope more people throw manga/hentai artist suggestions.
