I'm looking for an anime I watched years ago, but I can't remember the title for the life of me.
I have only a vague memory of the plot, but it went something like this.

There is this guy who is riding a motorcycle (i think) and he is about to get hit by a truck.
But instead suddenly he is teleported a few minutes back in time and he knows better from the situation.

I can't exactly remember what happened in between then and the time where he is teleported back to the 1980s (i think) as a kid.

He is trying to solve a murder of a girl he knew or something, and (i really fucking think i have no idea) every time he fails to prevent the murder he starts again when he first went back in time (this is really a fucked explanation but bear with me.)

(spoilers if somebody knows what anime i am talking about)
the plot twist is its one of the teachers at his middle school.
when he figures it out he is in the setting of a hospital (modern day) and the teacher is there.
