Can any medfags estimate personality/sex/left or right handness from this brain image?if so can you share what you can know about a person from a brain scan? Thx

Well, no. It's impossible to know any of that from a single cross section like this. Brains are shaped differently even between 'identical' twins. They grow and fold depending on so many millions of environmental and body factors, no MRI slice will ever reveal information like this.
