>>740934Since you've only had it 3 months it's hard to tell what's normal and what's an error. Almost all laptops now have shock detection, meaning when the laptop moves (for instance when you lift it) it retracts the read/write arm and suspends all r/w actions to prevent a head crash when you put it back down. That can make a clicking sound.
Is it related to movement of the device or you banging the table?
