For single person loadout managing there is Destiny 2 (I’m starting to feel like a shill for this game). It’s f2p and there are a multitude of classes, subclasses, subclass branches, weapons and armors with perks and etc. a lot of variability and you get new stuff generally fast enough, with certain gear being locked behind missions and quests of varying lengths and difficulties
Monster hunter world is not f2p but is also very loadout dependent with different weapon types and armor perks etc.
