>>752628Just in case you're actually missing the basic stuff: Put on multiple layers of clothes. In colder climates people regularly wear 2-3 layers indoors. Like a long-sleeve t-shirt, a pullover and a cardigan vest on top. Look into knee-high socks or tights. If you're just sitting there watching something, bundle up under a blanket. If you want to go extreme - I've seen some cheapskate streamers wear finger-less gloves to keep playing without heating.
It's all about *preserving* heat, instead of generating it. If you can keep your body warmth close to you, you don't need to heat the room as much. Instead of heating your bedroom, put a hot-water bottle under your blanket half an hour before you go to bed - the warm sheets won't drain your body heat and you're set for the night.
