That's a 128-bit hash as BASE64, so I imagine:

- do whatever processing 4chan does to strip EXIF, etc.
- md5sum the image
- convert the md5sum to BASE64

You can also come up with some pretext to post the image, find your post in the archives and press "find same".

If you want the non CS route, try reverse image searching the image with Google and then finding an archive link. This works especially well with anime images and other 4chan-related images. You used to be able to drag-and-drop images into the image hash search bar on certain archives, but that hasn't functioned in ~2 years.

The archives all use the same hash function, so you can d/d the image on literally any one that works then copy/paste the hash.

I've been using image hash searches on the /b/ archive throughout the whole of the last four years - it always works, just by dragging a copy of the image you are searching for into the [Image Hash] search box then clicking the [Search] button.

Here is the result that is returned in response to a search for OP's pic related: Pepe Keyboard image: 131 instances located, going back nearly three years:
