Earlier seasons were all stand alone but later parts mix it up and has a cool overarching plot in each that is the main focus for the series. 5 is my personal favourite, it's lighthearted fun but can be very serious at times so it's great. Both have dubs

A story about a loser finding out he has a debt of millions of yen and since he has no way of paying it back he is forced to participate in an underground gamble that just gets crazier from there. Full of mind games, great characters, plot, music and the artstyle is very striking, 2 seasons no dub
https://youtu.be/J7HPyUcy37IGunsmith Cats is a 3 episode OVA about two girls who run a gun shop and work as bounty hunters. Has a very western feel to it and is basically a buddy cop type of deal. They go around driving mustangs, shooting bad guys and trying their hardest to catch the bad guy. Very realistic depiction of weapons too. Has a dub. If you liked this, watch Riding Bean as well. Bit fanservicey

Very fun and if you love turnabouts, you'll love this. Has a dub.
