How do I filter out inappropriate photos?

What I don't like is the constant disgusting content. Any way to filter that out using the filters or what? Or do I need some sort of extension?

If porn is your concern than that might be hard to filter for, but 4chan-x also has a "work" mode wich hides all images. It can come in handy when you browse in public.
