I recently bought a new laptop (ASUS K571GT EB76, runs Win 10, which I'll do something about at a later date). It sat around for a while because I was too busy to migrate all of my shit over to it. I took a look at it a couple of times and everything worked fine. However, now that I actually need it, the wi-fi doesn't seem to work. Every time I connect to a network, it stays connected for 7-8 seconds and then just disconnects. I've heard that ASUS laptops can be prone to such problems and have fixed it on my previous machines, but I'm kinda at a loss here. Thanks in advance.
