No.763504 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
Both of these were mostly point and click games, came on disc's, ran on old windows pcs when I was a kid.

>game where you played as a boy
>after progressing a bit far in the game, you were trapped in a forest
>spooky red sky, the ground was brown, trees had no leaves
>was some plot about men who collected various animals such as raccoons/rabbits and caged them
>planning to kill them
>ambient drone track played the entire time in this area
>exception: when you entered a solitary house nearby, there'd be almost no background audio
>You had to release the animals by finding keys while being chased by some creepy black and brown animal
>recall walking and finding a crate, upon opening it, you see a squirrel inside who's dead and decomposing with maggots, >he had a bomber hat and a necklace around his neck
>to necklace a key was attached
>There was also a note that read "here lies xxxx, darkage"
>forgot what the xxx was
>Being obsessed with animals at the time, I cried and showed my brother
>he made some comments to comfort me, maybe something like "it isn't real, anon"
>There was some other side plot about a tornado that came and killed a little girl's cat when she was home, having tea time. >Another brief plot about a bull that ravaged the city.

>Another game I remember ambiguously was about holywood or movies, as its theme
>mascot green, egg shaped navy blue nose, tiny fluffs for ears, similar to a squirrel's, but pointing to the sides, not upwards
>cover of the game had film tapes and the Mascot, if that helps.
>You'd walk room to room in a massive building, there was an eerily silent room with mannequin heads with wigs.
>basically kept walking room to room, each room had something else to offer, again, film industry and actor themed, I think you could collect items and use them too to unlock puzzles.

Pic related, the last game.
