As subject says, if you went to /rs/ and searched for "anime recommendations" you'd get this compilation of lots of anime recommendation charts, most of them of dubious quality, but there were lots of them.
I mostly need it for nostalgia reasons, since we're talking about a zip file on a (literally) dead board.

That's also why I understand if nobody finds it, but I have hope.
