>>768023>Dear thin people who don't think about their diets at all and just eat whatever: What are the exact specifics of your diets and eating habits? Please list as many details as possible.I can't help but feel like you're asking a dog to tell you its name. Still,

>How often you eatBreakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks/dessert/coffee/tea most days (other days it's just the meals).
If I wake/stay up late on my days off, I'll usually only eat brunch and dinner for meals, in which case I tend to eat more snacks. This is just due to the time of day I'm awake and that I'm too lazy to cook the third meal, not any kind of plan.
>What does your diet consist ofIf I'm planning/cooking my own meals, I try to eat a bit of everything: Some grain/starch, some dairy, some protein, and some vegetables in each one. However, if I'm hungry and I'm out somewhere, I'll just eat anything tasty to tide me over, including fast food. Same deal for work lunch, actually. Unless I plan to make a "healthy lunch" for work, it's usually more like "Okay, what can I take that will taste alright if I can't microwave it, and will fill me up enough to get through the day?", or "Okay, what fast food places are nearby to buy lunch?"
Snacks consist of anything from fruit, to crackers and tzatziki, to a muffin, to chips, to candy and ice cream. I tend to have a pastry or cookie or something with coffee, which I also usually only drink to stay up late at night (I also tend to have a sweet starchy thing with tea but tea can happen anytime).
I don't drink any soda (except for "gourmet" glass bottle stuff for a treat), but I should really drink more water.
Exercise:
Sometimes I remember to try taking the stairs up to my suite (8th floor) when I get home from work. If I don't mind being all exhausted I can get the whole way there, but if I'm running out of breath and don't want to be panting/sweating I'll just climb to 5 or 6 and take the elevator the rest of the way.
