I need help upgrading my computers graphics card but I'm not tech savvy whatsoever and dont understand technojargon. I just want to play videogames.

Before anybody rages at me to buy a new computer, I'm a poorfag and cant afford much.

I have a laptop with 4GB RAM but only has a 128MB graphics card (I got it for digital art, never intended to play video games with it).

I need a 5GB or 8GB graphics card to play the games I want to play.

Can anybody help me out? My budget is minuscule, I dont want to spend much more than $100.
