I dont really want to make a VN. But it would have a similar feel and presentation. The story would be on the fly, no options for you to pic. It would be kinda like a teleprompter for the "man behind the curtain" to write a reply & change character if necessary based on your verbal reply.
I want to do a Dungeons&Dragons session differently.
I´m not good with the "painting a picture with words" thing, I´ve been setting up character avatars (png transparent) that players encounter in the story and a background, on GIMP/Inkscape. In a set up like you see in the picture.
But the process is long & inefficient since I have too many options that I dont need in the way besides the adjusting sizes, the toolbars that take screen space.
I looked around and I dont see anything like what I want to have (pic related), I dont have coding skills, but I feel is rudimentary. I still doubt anyone will take the hassle to do this (but I would worship anyone that does), I would like some insight from anyone that has those skills, so I can move closer to having this.
