I'm looking for this one bullying comic.

There are two sides: before the internet and after the internet

It starts off before the internet with the "victim" going like "I'm a cat" or some shit. The bully bullies him into cutting it out and ends with him being normal into adulthood.

The second part is after with the same thing happening but the "victim" going on the internet where he is encouraged by a few hundred other weirdos and then it ends with him as an adulthood thinking he's half cat or whatever.
