As you're aware, illustrator trace function "works" but it doesn't give you as smoothier edges, and it traces it "2D" as in, if you delete the hair, the head would have the shape of the head and the hair clipped off, instead of looking like just a head
>>77466It means it would scale infintely, and it will never be pixelated. The edges would be as smooth as they can be. But it'd take a long while tracing it.
It's basically drawing it over, but with bezier curves instead of pixels. So all the strokes are described by relative coordinates.
Look up SVG images and zoom them forever.
