- put the disk back in your old computer and install the drivers, then put it in your new computer again
- put in an old-ass USB2 PCI[e] card and use its working ports to get your drivers installed
- put the disk back in your old computer, upgrade to Windows 10, then put it in your new computer again
There are plenty options, one will surely work for you.
