How would someone anonymously send an email to media outlets and legal authorities? This needs to be completely untrackable as the person involved is powerful and has taken legal action against accusers before.

Also how do you wash any metadata from image files?

As fat as the metadata from image files. Just take a image of the image. guaranteed to get rid of any sort of data that originated with original photo.

The location he's getting wi-fi from will be connected to an isp. isp keeps logs of everything from last fuck knows how many years. They'll get this info from the isp. they'll find out location, go to that location, get video and see him and his wannabe l33t h@cker chinkpad and identify him from there in less than a fucking hour.

They'll look at video of suspicious shit and the car that came, stopped and parked for ten minutes without anyone getting out or getting in or doing anything at all out of the car will grab their attention. They'll get it's license plate from either the restaurant cameras or street cameras nearby and then find out who's car it was and if it was a rental they'd track down the rented the shit.

Well, I'm in a metro area and pretty much all intersections have cameras on them. I don't know about rural areas, but in rural areas you're usually further away from stuff and less routes to get to places. With the length of time/distance you have to drive chances are might run past a place with a camera there. Not sure though. I guess it does depend where you live.

Try to find the flaw in this, connect to a VPN before connecting to TOR, that way they'll only see the VPN connection which is pretty common and reasonable as VPNs are getting shilled everywhere and it's a public Wi-Fi. The VPN provider will only see a tor connection. You can argue that the VPN provider isn't reliable, but then think of the large amount of literal CP torrenting using nordvpn which goes unpunished (check iknowwhatyoudownload using nord). At that stage the bigger concern would be hardware backdoors.
