Non Non Biyori is the comfiest anime imo, though that's sort of an obvious answer. some others you may not have seen: tamayura, the aria series, yuru camp, natsu no arashi, soredemo machi wa mawatteiru, old stuff like Touch and Hiatari Ryoukou are also nice. good luck anon!
