Actually I used to play cosmic break till spring 2015, then after some windows updates it stopped working completely, in the past months I tried everything to fix it but nothing worked, maybe I should just format.
Today I found that the sequel of cb (cosmic break 2) was released in english several months ago, under the name cosmic league; I wanted to try it but the problem with this game is that since this is an english-us release, it won't even let me download the game client (error 403) because I live outside the us, here is the download link (550 MB):

With Google I found a download link at 4share but my connection is shit and it already failed 2 times when the download was almost finished, the site does not even support resuming; I'm getting kinda desperate.. I just wasted almost 1GB of cap for nothing and it's frustrating, I'm not sure whether I should complain to my ISP for being overpriced or to 4chare site for being shit.
I thought about starting a new thread for this request but since this board has a slow pace, I think I'll just keep it here.
